CANCELATIONS:

RESERVING AN APPOINTMENT WITH OUR SALON MEANS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:

Cancelation: Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, I require a 48-hour cancelation notice. We confirm all appointments via text and email as well as send out appointment reminders.

 

Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will NOT be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with another salon guest who may have wanted it.

 

Any cancellation NOT made within 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge for all services booked. No call/no-shows will require full payment of the reservation. No exceptions.

 

Credit Card: I require guests to provide a valid credit card number to secure any reservation. This policy ensures that our guest reservations and schedules are fully utilized by minimizing late-cancel or missed appointment costs and allows me to provide value pricing to all guests. Your private credit card information is processed in compliance with Merchant Data Standards in compliance with the latest PCI Data Security Standards at all times. No information is stored locally on my servers.
