If you are unsatisfied with any service please let us know within 7 days. Any products can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. To further guarantee our work stylist recommended take-home products are expected for all chemical services such as color, keratins, and extensions.

Longer / Fuller hair may require additional time for cutting & styling services as well as additional product in chemical services which may result in a price increase. Please consult with your stylist regarding pricing for your desired look.
RESERVING AN APPOINTMENT WITH OUR SALON MEANS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:
Cancelation: Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, however, we require a 48-hour cancelation notice. We confirm all appointments via, text and email as well as send out appointment reminders.
Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will NOT be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with another salon guest who may have wanted it. When you miss an appointment, your stylist is NOT paid for the duration of the appointment.
Any cancellation NOT made within 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge for all services booked. No call / no-shows will require full payment of the reservation. No exceptions.
Credit Card: We require our guests to provide a valid credit card number to secure any reservation. This policy ensures that our guest reservations and our associate schedules are fully utilized by minimizing our late-cancel or missed appointment costs and allows us to provide value pricing to all of our customers. Your private credit card information is processed in compliance with Merchant Data Standards in compliance with the latest PCI Data Security Standards at all times. No information is stored locally on our servers.
